Our focus is on acquiring high quality customers and donors through practiced, compliant direct sales and fundraising techniques. We have a wealth of experience we use as a driving force to engage customers in a range of D2C channels.

Face to face interaction has proven to be very effective for our commercial and not for profit clients. This approach provides 2 ways of communication to the customers and donors, is very adaptable to each individual (therefore very personalised) and provides our clients with spectacular measurable results.

Events & Expos

Our event sites strike a balance between being professional inviting and fun, with our event locations range from Shopping Centres to Trade Shows and Exhibitions.

As we operate at busy events, we highly regard excellent customer service skills from our employees to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and donors. When engaging with the public we provide a real-life experience by offering free demonstrations, information, and opportunities to support.

Residential

Working in the Residential space allows Nu to bring the reach of their clients to customers in a more direct and efficient way.

Alongside this wider reach, speaking to customers in the comfort of their own home allows for a more personal connection with customers. This lets us learn more about their needs, wants, and concerns so we can provide more loyal and higher quality customers/donors to our clients

Telesales

Nu also operates in the telesales space focusing out outbound customer engagement to generate acquisitions for our commercial and not for profit clients. Our focus is on acquiring high quality customers and donors through practiced, compliant sales practices which we achieve by providing our telesales agents with frequent and extensive in-house training and mentoring.

Expanding our operation to the telesales space has allowed us to provide many additional benefits to our clients inlcuding increased outreach to more isolated territories and increased volume of customer and donor interaction.
