Our focus is on acquiring high quality customers through practiced, compliant direct sales techniques. We have a wealth of sales experience we use as a driving force to engage customers in a range of sales channels.

Face-to-face

Our event sites strike a balance between being professional inviting and fun, with our event locations range from Shopping Centres to Trade Shows and Exhibitions.

As we operate at busy events, we highly regard excellent customer service skills from our employees to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. We give customers a real-life experience by offering free demonstrations, information and a promotional price. 

Face to Face Sales and marketing programs have been proven to be very effective for the supplier in the service industry. This approach provides 2 ways of communication to the customers, is very adaptable to each individual customer (therefore very personalised) and provides the suppliers with spectacular measurable results.

Telesales

Nu Sales & Marketing also operates in the telesales space focusing out outbound customer engagement to generate aquisitions for our clients. Our focus is on acquiring high quality donors through practiced, compliant sales practices which we achieve by providing our telesales agents with frequent and extensive in-house training and mentoring.

Expanding our operation to the telesales space has allowed us to provide many additional benefits to our clients inlcuding increased outreach to more isolated territories and increased volume of customer interaction.
